    1.  The

NRP Visioning Task Force approved a Pilot Survey for use on

National Night Out by a few blocks, to determine the effectiveness

of such a survey for Phase II Visioning, as follows: the survey

will seek answers to three questions: (1) What is going on now that

you like in the neighborhood? (2) What is going on now that you

don’t like in the neighborhood? and (3) How do you want Phase II

money used? The survey will also acknowledge that the NRP Visioning

Task Force gives a great deal of weight to the previous survey

voted on at the 2008 MPNAI Annual Meeting; however, that was two

years ago and we need to update our information; and, finally, that

there will be least three focused, inclusive, directed meetings

(English, Spanish and Somali) and one neighborhood-wide meeting to

      bring the visioning together.

    2. The

NRP Visioning Task Force approved presenting the NRP Phase II

Visioning recommendations at the February 2010 MPNAI Annual Meeting

and voting on them with 30 days notice – at either the March or

April 2010 regular monthly members meeting – after extensive

notice including to every block leader through Don Greeley, MPNAI’s

between 17th Ave. S. and bike routes downtown and over

pedestrian/bike bridge at I-35 and anything else you want to add

input to – particularly to keep the route on 17th instead of
