Drag Racing on Lake Street

Torta Making

Manny GonzalezSpeaking of YouTube, our very first video, of Manny Gonzalez making his signature torta, has now been watched over 1000 times! Manny's told us that after the video debuted, he got many positive comments about it, including from people who came by to order a torta because they watched. One person even told Manny that he tried to follow along and make his own torta at home, but that he just couldn't top the real thing.

Lake Street in the News

Our Uptown is reporting on a new proposal for the space at 2900 Lyndale Avenue. "The proposal from Greco Development, includes approximately 18,000 square feet of storefront retail space and 325 parking stalls, most of which would be located in an above ground parking facility."
